hi guys im new to this was thinking of doin my first cycle in a few weeks time of testoviron and deca durabolin what would you suggest of how much to take and how long of a cycle how much would i need and what would i need for pct (noveldax,clomid) etc i plan on doing a bit of reasearch first before taking anything dont want to be going into anything eyes closed anyway a bit about me im 23 5f/10 around 80kg been wieghtlifting the last 3 years have some gains diet is good/clean
 
Firstly, please don't run Nolva after Deca. You'll end up with a nice pair of :lil k: and that's not a place you'd want to be. Then, why did you choose Deca? It's not something you should be running in the beginning of your cycling era. What is your goal with this cycle? What does your training routine look like? And your diet? %BodyFat?

For your first cycle I would suggest the following:

Wk 1-12 - Testoviron @ 300mg/wk ...it has a prop and a enanth ester, so once a week is fine.
Wk 5-12 - Hcg @ 250iu/wk pinned only once a week
Have Aromasin on hand for gyno.

PCT starting 2 weeks after your last pin:

Wk 14-17 - Combo of Unleashed & Post Cycle
Wk 14-17 - HCGenerate
Wk 14-17 - Forma Stanozol
Wk 14-17 - Clomid @ 25/12.5/12.5/12.5

its usually not a good idea to run deca on a first cycle.... most people simply suggest a test cycle only with maybe a oral kickstart for 4-6 weeks... depending on goals do u want to bulk or cut... and what does your diet look like everyone thinks they're good/ clean need a few more details

I updated my original post with the proper PCT protocol.

Also, just stick to the cycle I laid out for you. It's a decent lay out for a first cycle, plus it's also a safe cycle. And it's Testoviron, which has a quick-acting Test and a long-acting Test in one blend, so I do not see the logic in taking a front load oral.
 
sust has 4 esters and it sucks for once a week thats massive fluxuations in hormones... the more frequent the pinning the more stable the levels the better the results if u can use 100 mg twice a week and get the results of 600 mg once a week simply because your not down half the week
 
im looking to bulk up while adding lean mass my diet is good i eat about 4/5 times a day salmon,tuna,staek,chicken fillets brown rice, brown bagels pasta,ww bread,sweet pataoe ww warps fruit and veg nuts,peanut butter,olive oil, plenty of water at lest aboout 3 liters a day can be more post workout shake useually 35g dextrose 48g protein in 600ml of water 5.5grams of creatine gym i trian about 5 times a week work everybody part change me rutine about every 8 weeks not sure about my bodyfat
 
sorry essie didn't notice u dropped the deca for a first cycle lol it seems like u got the jist of nutrition... timing is pretty important tho... the starch carbs b4 working out different things like this... its not just what to eat but when also... research intermittent fasting it helps give a better understanding of what to eat when and that fasting isn't a bad idea because it hacks fat off and promoted growth hormones...

now from one Irishman to another...do me a huge favour and do a shit load of reading here on EF before you start this cycle.
trust me when i tell you that this is better self-learned and then fine tuned with help from others - not spoonfed, dont be the type of fool that rushes into the cycle and a few weeks later starts a thread titled HELP NEEDED URGENT.
most of the time these problems can be avoided if everything is in-check before you start.

your first cycle should be testosterone on its own and there is a very good reason for that.
we can get into all of this when you have done your reading.
pct,hpta,serms,ai,hcg,side effects,gyno, these are some of the key words that you need a good understanding of.

start with the stickies and then use the search button and use the words first cycle.

I beg to differ ... Sust has on average 4 esters. You have short, medium and long acting esters. If you pin it more than once a week, you will keep the short esters elevated and get the medium esters elevated for the first four/five weeks, but then, come week 5 and onwards and the long esters start working their magic ... BOOM!!!!! ... you end up with this HUGE ASS spike in your blood levels and that actually causes more of a drama for you than trying to keep the short esters elevated.

Sust is made to be pinned once a week. Full stop. That is why it is multi-estered, so you don't have to pin it more often. Yes, your gains will start showing quicker when you pin it more often, but then, when the sudden spike kicks in, Bro, believe me, it will mess you about and then trying to come off of your cycle and into pct ... nah.
 
if u were to look at the hormones on a graph it would be a straighter line tho instead of mount everest then the grand canyon lol

Sure ... in the first 3 weeks, but then it's going to rise with the activation of all the medium acting esters and by week 5 it will spike like mad with the added activation of the long acting esters. :D
 
i will say this again. newbs love to run deca.. why? i have no idea. probably cause the name sounds catchy?

a buddy of mine ran it years ago when he was in his early 20's with no ancillaries or pct and still has bitch tits to this day.

you never see vets on here who cycle use it EVER. maybe 1 or 2 guys are the exception. there is a reason for that. 1. it doesn't give a polished look which 99% of us want. 2. it is a bitch to recover from. 3. its a double whammy of estrogen and progesterone spikes

also you are only 6 feet and 176 pounds. do you really believe seriously you have even sniffed close to your genetic potential? your diet IS NOT good. and your workouts need to be improved. i don't even need to know anything more just based on your stats. read my bulking diet and workout split in my signature below and get on that for the next 6 months and you will gain more than you will running any cycle

i wouldn't pin it more than once or twice a week tops. but if you can handle it i would always go once a week. legit sustanon at 500mg a week you will feel like god on, much respect to it
