testosterone question

first cycle on test i am only 5'-7 weight 145 lbs age 47 would 500 mg be to much for me take each week for 10 weeks or should i try 250mg
 
start with 250mg.

only 145lbs bro? i am not trying to be funny but sounds like u could get some decent natural growth before you plateau. what is your diet like? bf%?

your first cycle should be eat eat and eat get them pounds up at your weight it should be no problem hold back a bit bro!
 
xrist just got serious about training and diet 2 weeks ago thanks for your help . still making adjustments with my diet .

well thats a good start, if you do any cardio leave it out for a while this will help, so you don't burn off lots of energy, eat lots of calories,carbs aim for
3 or 4000 cal a day to start with, if you have a high active job this can be a problem aswell so get pleanty of sleep, do as little as you can do to stop your self burning that energy, and when you go down the gym just push your self to the limit and you will see results, it takes time but don't give up and you will get there, leave the juice for a while tho hope this helps good luck.
 
250 should be fine and congrats on doing test-only for your first cycle -- both great ideas IMO.

Make sure you are eating well, sleeping well and training well before you start. Ideally, be pushed-up against all your existing plateaus before your first shot. Then use the gear to blow past them.

FYI, you are pretty light by BB standards, but that doesn't mean 250 is guaranteed enough. Still start light (250 mg/week) but realize that there are 225 lb people who respond great to 250 mg/week and there are 150 lb people who need 500+ mg's/week to really grow. So if you do need that 500 mg/week for cycle #2, at least you'll know that from a fact based on your results from cycle #1.
 
Think of gear use as a contest to see just how little you can possibly use to get the result you desire.
