testosterone on a fast metabolism

ive heard doing a FIRST cycle of testosterone enth 10-12 weeks 500+ mg/w will give alot more gains to som1 with a very fast metabolism and very skinny . True or False ? thx feel free to comment what you think about it
 
Test is best for a first cycle and if you have a fast metabolism like me you have to EAT not too clean, dessert and weight gainers
 
possibly, but it will ALL be lost (possibly even lose more than gained) if they do not eat right, rest properly and train hard after the cycle...
if someone is a hardgainer they just have to eat more... i know it sucks because you probably already eat a decent ammount, but some of us just have to stuff our faces with protein and carbs all day long to see gains...
i have to eat a shitload of calories to make gains, so i started doing powerlifting as a lightweight... heavier lifting also builds very dense, KEEPABLE muscle...

You will have to eat big and train hard too.
 
I would say folks with fast metabolisms generally fall into the ectomorph camp, generally lean and of thinner build. I would say lb for lb they likely make less in terms of mass gains but what they do gain is often times more visible and noticeable because they already start lean and generally have a small bone structure which makes the added mass stand out more.
 
i haven't heard anyone mention AGE as a factor. as you get older your metabolism starts slowing down. you young guys in your early 20's dont understand what us older guys have to go through. its not so easy to have a 6 pack at 30 years old. i remember when i was 18 i had an 8 pack and would give older guys sh*t

When I was 18 I had visible abs without ever working out. You could also see 4 or 5 ribs on each side of my abs. I was 5'11" and 145lbs.

With age my metablism definitely slowed down but I will always be a hard-gainer. Muscle comes slow and if I eat too much, it just turns to fat; even on a gram a week of test.

Thats a great point, wait till you break the 40 mark, things get really tough. But I gotta tell ya, what I am doing now is melting fat off like crazy so its still possible, you just have to pay a lot closer attention to diet and how you train.
