Testosterone level at 19

I'm around 5'11/6' at 178lbs with 15% body fat. I can't really grow a proper beard yet, I've gained a bit of muscle in the past year but I wouldn't say I've ever had a serious workout program (I've only used dumbells pretty much in the last year and a half and took breaks and stuff).

This time last year my testosterone level was around 557ng/dl. The reference range was 237-870 so I was just above the midrange for healthy < 30 year olds (that's what it said on the page). Last year I would have been around 187lbs at least but I had body fat of probably 19-20% (I wasn't overweight at that point, just before it).

I don't have any problems with erections or anything. I just want to gain more muscle and I know my testosterone levels need to increase so I have faster gains. Is this just my natural development and am I a little behind? I know testosterone peaks around 22 in most people and at 30 it starts to decrease.

Should I get my testosterone and estrogen levels checked soon?

the right hair loss treatment can trigger the production of DHT. We are referring to the hormones called testosterone, can also converted to Dihydrotestosterone. Hair loss cause can be possible due to stress, hormonal imbalance, pregnancy (for women), hereditary condition, drugs, and any etc. You need to use the right hair loss prevention to stop the DHT build-up. Hair loss preventions such as Leimo, hairmax, etc. At present, I am still using the Leimo Hair Treatment Pack as part of my daily hair care routine. I am indeed very thankful to Leimo because without it, I would have no way of stopping my hair loss problems. Without it, I probably would have had a worse case of excessive hair loss or major hair thinning. Check out the link leimo.com

What's your estrogen level? I'd start there. It's very possible to have a problem with conversion of Testosterone to Estrogen, whether or no you're using any AAS. Age can make it worse (toward 40), but you can have the problem straight out of puberty too.

That's where I'd say to start, and if the estrogen is high, get on Arimidex or similar anti-aromitase drug to see if that restores the estrogen down to where it should be, and at the same time, may boost your Testosterone without even taking any supplement.

Based on what I've read, you might be low on Testosterone at 19 with only 557. "NORMAL" is a farce! There is no normal. There are only "AVERAGES". And averages are mathematical figures, counting everybody tested, and divided by the number of people tested. So if you get 2 or 3 people with drastically low levels, it will run the "average" down, and stick you with a false OK number. If I were 19, I'd want to be in the 850-1100 range on Testosterone, as long as I didn't have an acne problem or too much aggression.
