How good is testolent from Romania? What is the effective dose and does it hurt a lot?

A friend of mine used it in his second cycle, got good results 22 pounds of muscle, lost a few though... It didn't hurt, except for the last few. He used 2 amps a week for 8 weeks, nothing else
