been readining about test-e and test-p and seems that test-p is more powerfull but more expensive. Why do people suggest test-e for first cycles over test-p? should test be run for 10 weeks or 14weeks for first cycles?

Test prop is injected ed or eod because of its fast ester, therefore, being stronger in the sense of it being released into the system quicker.. Test E is a slower acting ester that should be injected every 3.5 - 4 days.

Difference is in the ester only. Test is test. You will have to inject more often with test prop and it usually comes in smaller mg/ml dosages.
