test???

wich is commonly used?? test prop, test enanthate, test cypionate?? i have read that all these cause sever water retention? for a starter wich anabolic would you take first? (not trying to get freaky big)

test prop is commonly thought to produce less water retention / bloat than the other options. However, ed, or eod injections are necessary.
My first choice would be test-e. It's cheap effective and 1 or 2 shot per week is all
that you need. A 1st cycle of 500mg/wk is perfect and will not cause that much bloat.
You could always add arimidex to cut back on the water retention.

i've read that sustanon is great too.....any recommendations on cycling sust and EQ? looking at maybe 10 wk cycle. oh and im not really good at reading the amounts for instance what does 250mg/ml mean..i understand that there is 250mg right..im not too sure what the ml is for...i have seen something like 250mg/2ml what does that mean? does that mean 2 bottles of 250mg each?

ml = cc , id run EQ for 14 weeks.. i have had great results running it longer than 10 weeks..test e is 205mg a cc.

this is TOTALLY incorrect. Test-E varies by lab and manufacturer. And there is no 205mg/cc that I VER heard of. Maybe 250mg/cc ????? Thats more the norm.

No offense buddy, but you need to do A LOT more research before you are going to be ready to start putting steroids into your body. Even then, don't worry about mixing compounds, keep it simple. 500mg/wk of test. You will
see great results. Also, learn about PCT (post cycle therapy)

Anyway, like innocent said ml = cc (marked on the syringe) If it says 250mg/2ml, that would me 250mg's for every 2ml, or 125mg per ml.

Most test will come in either a 1ml amp, or 10ml to 50ml vials

I didnt do the maths but it is conceivable that he meant that an amp of test-E will be equivalent to 205mg of unesterified test. Afterall, that is an important number to know.

On the other hand he might have made a typo.........no need to over-react.

If you are willing to invest in AAS then you should have enough to afford some books. "Anabolics 2004", "The Steroid Bible", you can even try "Building The Perfect Beast"...There are some more, but I'm not sure how good they are...Get some solid knowledge first so that you can ask better questions and piece everything together! You need to learn about various steroid profiles, stacking, cycling, PCT, orals vs injectables, how and where to inject, measuring your dosages, what are safe beginner dosages and stacks, how to keep the gains you get, what steroids offer more keepable gains, long esters vs short esters, side effects, ancillaries, recognizing counterfeits....Damn I can go on forever!!!!

Don't feel to bad swordfish I've read everything I could find on the subject and asked many questions. I feel like I could get have a degree in AAS. I own all the books listed above including Legal muscle but, for me the only thing holding me back is that I can't find anywhere or anybody to get shit from. Very very frusterating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Both you ard swordfish have ALOT of reading and studying to do. No disrespect but some of the questions your throwing around are very basic. Also implying that you "can't find anybody to get shit from" is equal to wearing a teeshirt that says RIP ME OFF.....I NEED A SCAMMER HERE !!!!!!.

No disrespect bro...............

You're probably right there wetback, but you know I'm sure where you live makes a big difference as well. New York as opposed to po dunk Oregon

If you're not trying to get freaky big just eat like a motherfucker, which I'm pretty sure you are not. This alone without the aas will make a huge difference in your physique.

yeah you guys are right, i need to invest in some of those books for more knowldege...right now i think i will keep reading though through you guys before i do anything and of course get the books...this site has great information and everyone is cool. last question..i am trying to cut my body fat % down (21% NOW!!!), i suck at dieting..i eat all the wrong things...im thinking taking Clen...simple enough...but as far as the diet and routine goes...thats where im stuck...i know to do high reps..cardio..but for instance yesterday i ate this:

Well already I see the problem in your diet.....No scrambled eggs, boiled eggs only...no salt, no yolks....and get rid of the coffee replace with just water and
replace the V8 with a small bowl of oatmeal, no sugar. Maybe a couple of strawberries for a little morning kick!

Snack...no peanuts....Whey protein drink, bowl of spinach and a little vinegarett

Lunch....Chilli? hell no....to much sodium...you need to cut back on the beef and replace with chicken breast and a small serving of pasta, brown rice or small sweet potato.

afternoon snack....whey protein drink or MRP and some flaxseed oil

dinner.....no beef....chicken and potato is fine and a green veggie is always a good thing.

I just wanting to give you an idea of the mistakes I see, however I didn't really get to the nitty gritty for I don't have the time right now, however....no salts, no butter, no sour creams....season your potatoes with chives and your meat with Mrs Dash or some other herbs. You have to find the serving sizes for that's what determines you going up to 23% bf or 18% bf and remember the ratio 60-30-10....Yes bland sucks, but at 21% bf...you have a lot of work ahead of you!

Well the good thing is at 21% you'll see dramatic results NATURALLY by dialing in your diet. Don't even think about AAS until you are close to your genetic potential or at least at a plateau that you can't seem to bust through even with well thought out, educated changes to your diet and routine. I don't think scrambled versus boiled is that big of a deal. Definitely steer clear of the yolks but if you like your egges scrambled that is not going to keep you from getting results. The key is consistency and patience. People always think that the sauce is an easy fix and a free pass to the body of your dreams. It takes ass busting work in the gym and a more disciplined diet than you can imagine to get significant, lasting results even with AAS. You need to develop the work ethic FIRST then you may be ready. Don't do clen, don't do test, don't do any of this shit until you are physically ready and have educated yourself about the different compounds and how they may effect you. Also, I have never been a huge fan of high reps to lose fat. It just doesn't make sense. Keep your reps moderate in the 7-10 range at the beginning and then when you hit a sticking point switch to 5x5 or some other program that gets you excited. It's all about muscle. Do the programs that build and the fat loss will happen.

hey thanks gusy for the info...whats your take on cardio? 5x a wk? someone told me 2x a wk/ with proper diet should be enough?

one more question..can someone explain to me the 60-30-10 rule? does that mean 60% of my calories should come from protien, 30 from carbs, and 10 from fats? how would you keep track?
