Test/TREN on cycle Diet

I need a little help with calorie intake for when I start up my prop/tren/mast cycle. My primary goal is obviously to drop BF as much as possible while gaining lean mass. I'm holding right now at around 209-212lbs. If im losing BF on this cycle, I honestly dont care if in 10 weeks I finish at 200 or 220. Id rather stay 215 or under, but im not sure if I can do that. Ive heard of bros dropping 10 or more lbs on the scale while running cycles with a proper diet, and thats what i'd like to do. be a solid 200 or 205.
My question is how many cals should my diet be throughout the week? My recent diet has been around 2100 cals... bout 350cals at 6 meals (some meals are heavier and some are lighter than 350cals ). Should I increase or decrease cals. any other tips as far as diet and cutting with tren/test? I would post this in diet board but since it has to do with being on cycle I'm gonna put it here, plus everyone knows more good bros are here on the AAS board. Appreciate any help with this diet layout bros. K

The bodyweight at the end is gonna depend on how much bodyfat you have now as well as water fluid loss.

What is your BF% right now?

use skinfold calipers, electrical hand impendace is a joke

I've never had skinfold done by a professional, but I think it would be difficult for my situation because I have fat plus excess skin tissue from weighing 282 lbs in the 11th grade. I feel like my arms , back and shoulders have a 14 or 15% BF physique while my legs and abdominal area are much higher...

I think you will benefit more from a lowered carb diet...not excessively low, but maybe a rotation between 75-150grams per day. I'd keep protein high at all time and fat moderate. Then every 3-5 days have a moderate carb/low fat/high protein day. You can get more anal as you get to lower bodyfat levels.

I'd opt for a training plan similar to the aerobic weight lifting plan that Quadsweep has been posting. I have done this, and doing it now, and it really kicks ass. Keeps the body as a furnace, and at the same time creates enough anabolic stimulus to keep the muscles from shrinking. Cardio i'd keep it no longer than 30-min per day or EOD. You will need to work with this some. I like doing mine for 30-min....1minute slow...1 minute fast.

I'm getting away from the original question, but that is what i'd do.

You have the ultimate goal bro, gain mass and drop bodyfat. :chomp: Since you're starting at about 20% BF, you should consider a bodyopus.

4 1/2 days low carbs / 2 1/2 days refeed
You're going to have to follow Dan Duchaines layout of the BodyOpus with the supercompensation on friday nights as well as interval training to failure.
