Hey this is my second cycle first was test c 500mg a week 12 weeks. currently 220 at 14% bf. 23 years old. This cycle look like this:
1-14 Test (prop/cyp/enan blend) 300mg eod
3-12 tren ace 45mg eod
4-8 dbol 30mg
post hcg/nolva
looking to put on some lean mass but main priority is to get sub 10% bf. Diet look like this at the start of the cycle:
meal 1 9:30 am: 25g whey 25g dextrose
meal 2 10:30 am: 1 cup oats, 3 omega 3 eggs, 1 cup whites
lift
meal3 1:30 pm: pwo shake 60g whey 60g dextrose
meal 4 3:30 pm: 8 oz chicken breast, 200g rice, 1 tbsp olive oil
meal 5 6:30 pm: 8 oz salmon or lean ground beef, 4 small red potatoes
meal 6 9:30 pm: 8 oz chicken, 2 small red potatoes, 2 tbsp olive oil
meal 7 12:30 am: 400g cottage cheese before bed
meal 8 4:30 am: 40g casein with 1 tbsp natty pb
macros 370/300/100 p/c/f for now, will taper carbs every week depending on fat loss
