if its your first time with trren run 50mgs ed or 37.5 mgs ed, and run 0.5mgs dostinex 2x week with it,

50-60mg ANAVAR daily 1-12
75-100mg TREN EOD 6-12

I've always thought 8 weeks max for anavar.

that is a good rule of thumb but as u know people dont always follow those .

I would go with this and don't worry about Dostinex, you most likely will not need it.

Disagree, always have dostinex on hand, I thought I didnt need it and developed some mild Gyno offa Tren. Also have letro or adex on hand to control e. DONT use Nolva with Tren to control e/gyno, only for PCT.

Also B6 seems to work for me helping to control progesterone
