I've read about how test susp can be run at 100mg per day for the week prior to a powerlifting to increase strength on the day of the competition. I have a strongman competition one week from today and wanted to test this idea out to see how well it actually worked. The problem is I didn't get the test susp in time, so I was wondering if there would be any point to me starting it 5 days out at 150 mg per day? Would this have any benefit to it or should I just wait until next time?
