test results ?

dont know where my last thread went..
i just got some blood work done and had an hiv screen while i was at it.
under results for hiv all the paper says is "nonreact"
is this a negative does anyone know ?

yes it means ur clear.

Nonreactive means it's negative. They test for HIV antibodies so if no antibodies react it means your body is not fighting the infection which means you dont have it.

It is negative. If it was positive, you would have seen a "reactive", as well as a confirmatory test performed, with the results of that as well.
