Test Question

Hey Ive been working out now for about 6 years and i have a big frame and im still not close to the size i want. So im going to try a little extra help. Im going to take test 250. my question is how long before i will start to see some changes, this is my first time using so i dont know much about how it works , but have done my homework on what all i need to take and eat and all of that but i just dont know how it actually works once i start?
 
with in the first week you will see weight water gain and the muscle gain will come around week 4-5, do a 10 weeker cycle at 500mg a week which it will be 2 shots a week try to separate them like one on mon and anotherone on thurs. that way you will keep your blood levels stable for a much balance muscle growth. by the way have some nolva for just in case gyno symptoms shows up.

i agree with ya on that.but i would make sure to get the hcg and clomid also
even if it is his first cycle.
 
i started seeing results about week 2 ... you will start to get better pumps and strength will start to rise.
 
I really hate telling someone who is new to use more than they are planning, but
every 1st timer that I know who has taken only 250mg/wk regrets that they didn't bump it up to 500mg/wk.........but no more than that!!

At first your gains will be mostly water and it may up to a few weeks before they really kick in, so don't get discouraged. Around weeks 4 - 5 you should definitely start see a nice difference in your size and strength.

BTW, definitely get your hands on some clomid and hcg for your pct.

the reason that "we" regret it is because if "we" got real good results with 250mg/wk for the first weekers, imagine what would it been if you should've taken 500mg/wk. anyways, you will do just fine with 250mg for a first time though.

Hey, there are always exceptions and everyone reacts a little differently. All I'm saying is that the results and reactions that i've seen from newbies only taking 250mg for the first time weren't great. And yes, they were dedicated lifters.

But I guess it's always smarter to be a bit more on the conservative side.
He could always bump it up next time...........and we all know there WILL be
a next time.
 
I agree with Jeb, get the most results out of the least amount of gear, being your first time, 250 will do you well. I have know beginers to take T-200 and put on 20+ lbs. Good luck bro!
