Ok bro, before you get burned down by some on this board that love to "flame". I would advise you do complete research on this before posting. I am of course basing this advise on your above post.
Propionate and Enanthate are obviously both test but there action with regard to release in system is substantially different. Propionate is relatively fast acting Testosterone, where as Enanthate is considerably slower in its release from the injection site. Two considerably different esters. The reason you seem to feel Sustanon "acts quickly" is due to the propionate and phenylpropionate component of the blend. Sustanon of course being a blend of 4 different testorone esters. Sustanon does not need to be injected every 2-4 days, but many do inject in divided doses through the week to keep their blood levels more stable.
As to which is the better Test??? Many, myself included will tell you test is test. There are just some forms that are faster acting due to the esters and therefore require more frequent dosing to keep blood levels stable. Over the years I have used Propionate, Enanthate, Cypionate, and of course Sustanon (the only reason I seperate Sustanon is because it has the components of Phenylpropionate, Isocaproate, and Decanoate Test in it). I cannot honestly say the end result for any was different, the results from each have been very consistent and comparable. Good luck bro!!!!
