been lifting for about 5 years, diet is just maintaining right now prob like 2500 cals, 250 g carbs 200g protein give or take. did a test suspension cycle 3 yrs ago and just did a 500mg ew cyp and winny cycle about 10 months ago.
I would up the protein and decrease the carbs a bit. If diet is VERY clean and cardio is good, you should see excellent results with either the mast or var.
