What dose should test prop be tooken at? would 200mg EOD be ok for 12 weeks? also since the half life is short would it do any good to up the mgfor the first injection?

thats fine

if its your first cycle, dose a little high

make sure you have AI and PCT
 
kind of alot if thats ur first cycle ..

100-150mg EOD-12 weeks

but if its not ur first cycle good luck with the pain from the shots in ur ass and good luck on leg days when u got to do squats with that pain haha

ya 200 is good .. be sure heat the gear before injecting and be sure u do it right when u get out of a hot shower so ur muscles are relaxed and it goes in like butter

yeah, im taking a-dex with it as well as some clen(fat loss) and will start winny on week 8-12 does it matter when in the day it is injected? like before a workout or is anytime ok?.....
 
Whatever time you pick to inject, just try to keep it consistent. Other than that it doesn't matter much.

I love prop, but if I'm going to be doing ED injects I definetely do it with something else, usually tren.

Prop is your best bet on test then. Lower occurance of water retention. No experience with it, but from what I have been told and have read, Var is a good option for those goals. Unlikely to see major gains with Var, but will build quality muscle you can keep.

omega529, the results you get from this cycle are going to be due to your diet, training and cardio. as im sure you know AAS is just an aid...

you want to loose5-10 lbs of fat and gain muscle? your diet must be SPOT ON. for me, low carb works best(but its so damn hard)
