test only question

i see alot of people recomend test only for a first cycle. with good pct about how much of the gains would be keepable. how much would adding eq or somthing similar increase the ability to keep gains
 
Test is a fun drug. It can give you the best gains, but it can also give you the biggest side effects. Vets preach saying to use test as your first cycle, and to only use it at 250mgEW for 8-10 weeks. From that dose alone, you will see if you are prone to any side effects (ie. acne, hair loss, gyno, etc.)

Now, lets say you have no side effects. Depending on how hard you workout, how much you eat, how clean of a diet you have, how strict you are with eating and training, and of course, how much sleep you get - that will determine what your gains are. I've seen people gain as much as 35lbs on a test only cycle, and that was from HARD work involved. But on the flip side, I've also seen people get shitty 2lbs gains from the cycle because they didn't workout, ate fuck all, ate shitty, and didn't sleep.

Now, EQ isn't a PCT drug. It doesn't do anything in response to you keeping your gains. What I suggest you do is read up, research, and then hit the juice after years of working your body to its limits. PCT determines whether or not you keep your gains, another steroid doesn't.

not really.. there's no way in telling unless you do it, with good PCT planning and diet you will keep most gains!
 
It doesn't really matter what you take with test, that is not going to help you keep gains. PCT is what helps you keeps gains. If your PCT is good then usually your ability to keep gains is good. Although pct is not the entire equation, diet and training after the cycle is also another part of keeping the gain.

This was a good, informative post. But I bet newbies read this and saw only, "250mg/wk = 35 pounds of muscle."

Research and information may be the biggest difference between having a good cycle or a shit cycle.
