I believe test alone can be, if used with the right diet and cardio and training, used to achieve any result you might be looking for. Bulking or cutting, obviously not to the degree that a pro or amateur competing BBer would need, but for the user who wants some mass and strength and isn't competing or who isn't pushing the envelope on bulking or shredding it is just right.
500mg/wk of test c or e for someone doing a first cycle is good. Maybe 750mg/wk of either of the same two for the next cycle. Then you maybe have some 'overenthusiastic' type that may do 1g/wk of test e divided into 3 shots with maybe some calculated kickstart of prop for maybe 3 weeks. But I wouldn't reccomend option #3 as that guy may be a bit of an 'overindulgent test heathen'

The heathen does reccomend the use of an A-I and I think he prefers arimidex. Proper pct should be planned before cycle. I believe the heathen has found one that works after many struggles to recover and that was found right here as I am told. My understanding is that you should keep an eye on the prostate and BP. Be careful if you are gyno prone. The A-I should take care of water retention but regular cardio will help give you that veins a poppin look and help the BP.
Other then that the only side effects I've heard of are, increased muscle mass, more strength, good attitude, a high level of confidence and a sex drive that mere mortals could never understand, as long as you keep estro in check.
But, I must add one disclaimer to this post, anyone planning on using test should at least give krishna's post on collagen synthesis a good read and understand the potential for joint damage. I'm serious about that last sentence whether you agree or not you should be aware.
