TEST Flu vs Real Flu

I know what the real FLU is of course LOL but I have never experienced the dreaded Test Flu I keep reading about.

Do they feel exactly the same? Is the duration the same?

How do you even differentiate the Test Flu form an inject from a real flu?

test flu is like minor symptoms of the real thing...you feel mopey and lethargic, might have low grade fever and a cough...lasts a few days then your over it
