The highest I want to go a week for Test E is 450mg. SHould I split the doses up? Like once every 4 days? E4D shoot like 250or300 Would that be good? Or just 1 every week? thanks =D

Id do 250mg x 2 , so a total of 500mg a week. Worked great for me bro!

E4D. Only stuff you can do once a week effectively is Deca and EQ.

1x per week gave me much worse back acne than i ever had with twice per week, same dose 500mg

If you shoot 250 E4D that would average 62.5 ED.

Over 7 days, that'd be 62.5 x 7 = 437.5, which is pretty close to your desired 450 max.

he is refering to ester, with enanthate you have a half life of 7-10 days...hence 1x a week injects

i think your fine with once a week if you prefer it...but the guys are saying the sides are worse....for me...i just like prop...so i dont have to deal with that shit..i just shoot eod

I used to think it was around 10 days but it's been shown to be closer to 4.5 days. Here's some research drrman did that I posted in another thread:

Thanks for your help guys I will inject E4D it seems the best plus like one of you said the sides aren't as bad and I wonder why probably because the levels stay the same.
