Test ester removal rates

I have seen posts that indicate that following the first injection of Test Ethanate, there will be a period of 10-14 days before the ester is removed from any significant amount of the depot. Is this true? If this is true why not do the first injection of Ethan 10-14 days before the "official" start of the cycle when fast acting orals and injectables are added. Of course you could also inject Prop for a week or two until the Ethan ester started to break off if you started injecting Ethan on Day One.

What is the ester removal rates for Cypionate and Propionate?

YOu have made some confusion. After 14days or a little more the ester enanthate is removed and you have to shoot some other.
Another thing is that enantate needs about 10-14gg to kick in-
For cip is almost the same as enant.Prop has 2-3(some says 2-5)days lasting action

Italianboy,

I think it is you who is confused because your reply is the very point I was making. If it takes 10-14 days for the test from test ethanate to be released, why not do the first injection 10-14 days before starting with fast acting orals like D-Bol, Anadrol, Arimidex, Winstrol, etc.

The test doesn't kick in all at once, if I'm not mistaken. A little is released at a time, but after the 2 weeks (approx) it is all active. So while waiting for the test to really kick in, you should take fast-acting steroids for a kick start.

That is why you see people using d-bol for the first 4-5 weeks of their cycles.

Do a search.. I've been all over esters and release rates like white on rice.

When you inject ANYTHING.. Peak blood concentrations are achieved within 24hrs after the injection. The shorter the ester, the higher the initial blood concnetration from the injection but the quicker it falls. The longer the ester, the lower the initial (still highest) blood concentration however the rate decreases more slowly over time.

So the graph of a single injection would look like a tall, short hill for a shorter ester and a lower but longer hill for the longer ester.. I'll say it again.. peak blood concentrations achieved per injection are attained around 24hrs after the shot.. no matter what the ester.. It kind of makes sence if you think about it.. Then the blood concentrations fall from there.

So why does it take a couple of weeks before people start feeling the effects of long-acting steroids?

BECAUSE IT TAKES A WHILE FOR ALL OF THESE HILLS (INJECTIONS) TO ADD UP.

Andy,

Your initial reply was my original understanding. i have seen a study of pharmodynamics of various Nandrolone esters, and a graph clearly shows was you point out: Peak concentration is reached within 24 hours, actually close to 8 hours in this study.

Given this info, and assuming the half life of test Ethanate to be 7 days, if one wanted to do 500mg TE per week, why not front load by first injecting 1200mg then inject 215mg every third thereafter. This will result in peak ultimate concentration right out of the bat and low variance in mean test release rates of between about 5mg/hour - 4mg/hour between injections.

Say... that's a pretty good idea!! Where did you hear about doing that?
