It looks just like the pic but it has no ring around the neck. It has a white dot on the tip(just like i put on the vials) are these legit? I know its the wrong forum but, i trust u guys. Like i said, It looks just like these but, it has a white dot on the tip w/ no ring around the neck.

Why is there a white dot instead of a white ring around the neck? It might sound like a newbi question, but all the othere i have recieved have had the ring around the neck.
