Hello I have a some test Enanthate from Iran, I dont think im allowed to say the lab name on this forum but I will if I can? My buddy took 250 mg and right away after a couple hours he started getting itchy hives on his chest, back, stomach, and neck. Is this a very serious reaction? Is it possible it could be a bad batch? His injection was yesterday and he still has them today... Should he discontinue the use of test E?

Gotta stop for sure. Allergic to something in the compound or a nasty batch.

The problem is that it won't be out of his (your) system quickly. Start Benadryl now at 50mgs every 4 hours until it goes away. If it gets serious (breathing issues, dizziness, etc) take another 50mgs on top of the 50mgs and get to an er instantly.

After a couple days stop the Benadryl...if the hives come back, keep taking it for 10-14 days as the test is working out of your system.
