Test enan cycle plans

This will be my first cycle, I have gotten lots of info from this site, so here is what I am gonna do. If your opinion differs let me know, I want to learn. First off, I have been training for about 7 years, the last 4 years very intense, weight is 190, 5'8", 8% BF. My squat is 325 for 10, flat bench 100 lb dumbells for 10 reps. My main concern is "gyno" since I have a slight case of it from teen puberty I guess. So heres my plan to get solid gains and retain the most after cycle.

Test enanthate = 500 mgs/week
Nolvadex = 10mgs per day, (taking EXTREME caution, I will take a slight decrease in gains, I don't care, NO GYNO) and increase to 40 mgs if I start to get it.
Clomid = post cycle


I have searched, but can someone explain what exactly Clomid does in technical terms? And how much to take.

With a 4200 calorie diet that is CLEAN, 8 hours rest at night, 2 hours during the day, and intense training, I should get results!

Its generally prescribed for women as a fertility drug. Its basically a synthetic estrogen that blocks or at least minimizes the ability of natty estrogen to bind with its coorisponding receptor. So it opposes the negative feedback of estrogens on the hypothalamic-pituitary ovarian axis, which in turn enhances the release of LH and FSH. Thats why it induces ovulation. In men the increase in both follicle stimulating hormone and Lutenizing hormone will cause the bod to increase its natural test levels.
A very simple way to look at it is it increases your estrogen levels (synthetically) and your bod says wooooaaa lets cut off or reduce the estrogen output and get some test up in hear Meanwhile the synthetic estrogen is binding to the receptors the natural estrogen wouldve. The bod is always trying to stay at certain ratios of hormones... This is why it has anti E capability also. Most people prefer Nolvadex for anti during and after a cycle most (IOM) only use clomid for post cycle for the LH affect. Its benificial for cutting up also because of the lowered natural estrogen. BTW you might want to delete your duplicate thread.

How do I delete my duplicated thread? Anyway, so Nolvadex will do basically the same as Clomid except Clomid will return LH levels which will have a beneficial effect on natural test levels? Is Clomid taken orally or IM? Also, will either of these help prevent acne while on test since it will decrease the "up and down" of test/estrogen levels?
