I know a strict diet and work out is essentail but has anyone had a sorry deit but a good work out and still have success?
 
Yes but nearly as successful as if all the cogs were working harmoniously.

My problem is i hate tuna and i'm really not sure what to eat and eatin 7 meals a day is reallya hrd see i'm notreally looking to bulk up per say
 
There is lots of things beside tuna you can eat chicken, steak,egg whites,turkey protein shakes, anpb, other kinds of fish, oats, sweet potatoes, cottage cheese etc.

The more things that you do right the better your progress will be.

Yea but i'm really not looking to bulk up! just hard to eat those meals every day with my job!
 
Since your not looking to bulk up, I guess you want to cut up then so you wont need to take in as much food (less calories). You should still try to eat at least 5-6 times a day.

Yea, i eat small meals just not great meals ya know lol
 
It's not really hard i manage a place but just a lot easier to stop off at wendy's and grab a grilled chicken saklad to go home and bake some skinless chicken
 
Take your jug of protein powder to work with you and shaker if you can or the day before work prepare some kind of healthy meal to take.(ex. chicken and brown rice)

yea but i hate rice i hate oatmeal i'm such a picky eater!!
 
Dude of course if you eat really good you'll optimize your results however while bulking as long as you're not eating candy bars, you'll be ok. Now during cutting that a different story. Why don't you look into a couple healthy cook books or goto a recipes forum to get some ideas?

This all depends on how bad you want it. I can't stand tuna or cottage cheese but I stuff my face with them twice a day. You learn to be really creative. Put a small spoonful of PB in your oatmeal along with cinnamon and lighlty sprinkled with granola :p good shit. And for tuna, get chef's fantastic tuna shake recipe, you can down the equivilant of two cans of tuna in under 20 seconds, can't beat that shit with a stick!
 
plenty you can do..i look forward to my egg white omlete in the AM,...5-6 egg whites, 2 cut-up slices of smoked turkey breast, some non-fat cheese..and of course, Louisiana hot sauce..i put 2 corn tortillas in the wave and spray them with fake butter spray and i am happy...
check out the food and recipe forum, great ideas.
but look bro, when you're "on" there are some things that you truley learn to love...just the way it is bro...good luck
