Can anyone tell me in laymans terms the difference between test e and test blend as far as results go, as well as winstrol and equipoise? thanks in advance

you mean test against sustanon? i believe winny and EQ are completely different.

I've used sust blends in the past but only use enanthate (or cypionate) now. I see no difference in results.

Enanthate costs less and injections aren't sore for 3 days afterward like sust injections are.

EQ and winny are two different animals but I get much better results from winny (and in a much shorter amount of time).

If your inexperienced I would defintely go Test e. No reason not to. Your end results will be the same. Honestly if I use Sus, I go EOD to maximize the the use of the prop in it.
