Test e for 10 weeks & PCT

gonna run test e @250 for 10 weeks /1 shot per week. Condidering this is a low dosage would you run:
Arimidex (.5 2x per week)?
HCG (from week 2 to 10)?

I would not urn the adex... HCG probably not either... Run a regular PCT...

Is this your 1st cycle?

what are you stats? Goals?

not 1st cycle ran a sust cycle before. on my last one I ran HCG at the end of the cycle while running adex throughout. I would think that some adex should be in there for water retention, etc. Perhaps even .25 since the test is at a low mg.

Like I said, I wouldn't run the adex unless you needed it.. It is very expensive to run. I usually don't have trouble w/ water retention even on Deca. AS long as I drink tons of water , I have no troubles.

I would consider uping the dose to 500/mg /per wk. too.....

250/mg for your 2nd cycle isn't a ton. How long are you planning on running this cycle for?

well for me small amounts work well. I've done 500 in the past but now 250 does what I want it to. I have the adex so no worries there. As mentioned it will be for 10 weeks.

i always run an AI on a aromatizing cycle as i want to minimise bloat. eg .5 arim eod or let 0.825mg eod sumat like that and it dosent really cost me much from the internet works great and keeps bloat down jobs a good un

I agree about running the AI even if at a low dosage.
