Test E/ Eq 4th cycle

HI,

I am: 5'10'' 170lbs, 8%bf, Age:25
My training: 4-5 days a week one body part per week
Chest 9 sets, Back 12 sets, Legs 12 sets, Shoulders 8-9 sets, Biceps 4-6 sets, Triceps 6-8 sets
My first cycle: sust 250 for 10 weeks
Second cycle: Test 500 for 10 weeks and 50 mg of winny for 6
Third Cycle: test prop 550 week for 12 weeks and dbol for 6 weeks


4th cycle: I am looking to take 450 test e and eq for 12 weeks and front load with 75 mg of prop eod for the first few weeks
I have hcg, clomid and arimidex on deck.

I was gonna run:
Week 1-12: Test e and eq @450 mg
Week 1-3: Test prop 75 mg eod
10 days after last inj clomid 300 mg day 1 150 day 2 100 for 10 days after, and then 50 for the remaining of my pills(2 weeks about)
Hcg after week 3: 500 iu every 4 days

Looking for thoughts/opinions

Also I am not trying to lose my hair, so if you could make some suggestions as to what to look in to purchase.
I am already going to use nirozal shampoo and a dht blocking cream.

Gohard24, this is your 4th cycle and Im concerned that you are only 170 pounds. Are you doing proper PCT? What is it? If you are predisposed to hairloss, high doses of test, dbol, drol,and pretty much all of the more powerful drugs are going to speed up hairloss.
 
I like it, but what are your goals? (You're only 170lbs?!) You might want to consider bumping up the EQ a bit too.

Get some additional supps for your PCT. Something simple like HCGenerate and Post-Cycle. Clomid by itself isn't really considered a PCT these days.

For the hair loss, Nizoral should do it. Keep in mind though, this is your 4th cycle and your 2nd cycle included Winny. If you didn't shed then, I highly doubt you're going to shed on Prop/EQ....
 
I am only 170 lbs because I choose to be...I look like I am 180-185 lbs. If I weighed more then 185 I would look like an idiot. I have a 30 inch waist and a very small bone structure.

Ill be back up to 175 in a week or two, I have been on vacation for the past two weeks and was not eating sufficiently.
 
I'm with Arabian on this one !! Either you're not eating enough or your pct's were very weak,I'm not bashing u by any means but something is way off .
What was your initial weight prior to ur 1st cycle ?
 
160 lbs...At one point I was holding 185 but I did not like the way I looked so I decided to come down to 175
 
OK, so what are your goals?! If you don't want to put on size, then it's really going to come down to your diet. Are you just looking for strength gains?

It helps you from becoming suppressed mid-cycle, sure. You still need to ensure you stabilize your natty test production post-cycle.

I have no problems including SERMs in PCTs but I'm a firm believer that a SERM alone IS NOT a PCT.
 
im still stuck on tyour goals, what are they bc i would think eq is more for mass , but it doesnt sound like thats what you want...... so i guess you would be going for a shred or strength?

EQ is a great cutting compound. Major issue with EQ on a cutting cycle is that it increases appetite big time for some people. If you can handle this and not drop the ball, then it's fantastic for cutting.
 
If you are happy at your weight now then why do you want to cycle again?
Aside from that I think you should bump the eq (and test) to at least 14 at 450/500 respectively. And drop the dbol if your looking to shred. Plus kickstarters are for the impatient people IMO-you will get very good quality gains on test and eq alone, no need to put more stress on your body just for results 'now'. Your appetite will hugely increase on eq but you can keep your mass under control if you feed yourself alittle, a lot. Alittle food lots of times throughout the day and keep the calories just above maintenance (about 600-900) so you will still grow but get cut aswell.
You originally said you do one body part per week for workouts? I suggest one body part per day and not to train the same group within 72hours. But that's just my opinion.
No need for the test prop in the beginning either IMO, same idea as the dbol.
PCT needs work I think. Clomid over 25mg will produce more sides than benefits. If you really want to use clomid in the end. You will appriciate unleashed, post cycle, forma and HCGenerate much more when your finished IMO. I'm assuming you used clomid in the past, did you like it? I bet not.
If you use hcg 250iu 2x per week on cycle and HCGenerate beginning immediately after your last inject (stopping hcg) for 4 weeks (2 weeks of PCT). This will make the transition much easier. Begin PCT 2 weeks after last inject. Both these esters are long and won't clear for a few weeks (Test about 3 and eq about 4).
 
Yessir...Eq is very versatile, gettin ready for my first run with it but will be using it to bulk

U will grow again,so what's the point?
Do a cycle then practically KICK the results cuz u weight too much?
Get it clear or let go steroids and train naturally,u can mantain your stats
without using aas.
 
Well I fluctuate to 175 and 180 depending on how much food I am eating.

I want to grow and gain about 10 lbs. I think the muscle I will gain will be more of a complete look then the look i had before. My body is perfectly proportional now, imo, and with the weight I will put on I can keep my proportionately and not achieve a look I will not like.

As for PCT, and HCG, some of you are staying take on or just take off.

One of my friends who is a Professional BBer told me not to take the hcg on and to:
14 days after last shot
1000iu eod hcg for 10 days
clomid 300 150 100 10 days 50 mg until you run out

The idea is to show your balls back to normal, because the faster they come back, the more gains you will keep.
 
300mg clomid is WAY too much
200mg clomid is WAY too much
100mg clomid is WAY too much
50mg clomid is too much
25mg is plenty
12.5mg is great

Clomid IS an estrogen, just selective to which receptors it binds to. Using too much can cause you to basically have your period for as long as your dose is too high.
HCG on cycle will keep your balls working but it is not a test booster and will not help much in PCT.
HCGenerate, on the other hand, is a test booster and will bring your balls back to normal.
Unleashed and HCGenerate are great boosters and, combined with Post Cycle, you will be back to normal in a very short time.
Keeping your gains will NOT be an issue at all. EQ is known for how well its gains are kept. And the PCT I implemented is also known for how well it keeps gains.

10lbs of miscle will be easily achieved on this cycle, no doubt, IF you eat and train properly. Im thinking 15 - 20lbs.
To stay proportional, train every body part every week. Allow your body to repair by allowing 72hours before reworking a muscle group. Over working muscles notorious for plateaus.

If all you want to be is 170 at 5'10" you in no way need drugs to maintain that.
 
Can someone please just help me construct a pct with what I have avaliable to me:

50 pills of clomid 25 mg
and 10000 iu of hcg

You can blast hcg for the first 2 weeks of PCT at 500iu EOD, but do not go over that. It will loose effectiveness quickly. Use clomid 25/25/12.5/12.5.
