34 yrs old, 235lbs, and 13% BF.
Looking at a new cycle setup.
Thinking of:
250-500 test e
600 of primo
60mg of var
I usually run test prop at 350mg a week fyi for my cycles.
I want to run the primo for 16 weeks.
How would you fit the var in? Kick start or use at the end? What about length of test? Should that be run through the end with the primo or would 12 weeks be fine?
Goal is a recomp.
