Test e 250 questions

I started my 1st test e 250 cycle on July 9th. I pin every Monday and Thursday and the pins have been very easy. But I only gained 3 lbs so far. This will b the beginning of my 4th wk Monday. Is this normal for test e? I also have experienced any sides or strength gains yet. Thanks guys

Test e usually gets u rolling around week 5 that's when it reaches top blood levels but your diet will dictate your gains ,most ppl are dissapointed at the results and blame it on the gear I feel must of us don't maximize the cycles when we are newbies due to poor diet,you could post your current diet an
If you'd Like and we give u our opinion but try to eat around 4000 k every day mostly protein and you will be very please with ur results also Next time use an oral as a kickstart for the 1st 4wks.
 
Wait another week or two. Long estered test comes on slow but once it hits full blood levels its amazing. Be patient and eat.

you are much too early in your cycle to worry about the gains... like everyone else said... its a longer ester and it hasn't even kicked in yet... you will be seeing things in a few weeks man...

Breakfast- 5 hard boiled eggs and a whole wheat bagel with Olive Oil butter

Snack- protein shake and a turkey sandwich

Lunch- chicken breast with peas

Snack protein shake and a sweet potato

Dinner- 12oz steak with broccoli

Before bed another protein shake with granola.

You need to add more food. I only counted 3 meals. I would eat atleast 6.
