Test/Deca/Dbol....Bulking

I'm sure this is total bullshit, but "theoretically" if i were to run the following, w/ the proper "clean" bulking diet, would it be possible, that my body would use a small portion of my 12% bf as energy, to add some muscle?

Test Enan: 750 wk./12wk
Eq : 400 wk./12wk
Dbol : 20 mg./4 wk

And by the way, I'm not at all a newbie, just new here. the reason I'm asking, is that whenever I bulk up it seems that I look a lot tighter than other times. Obviously, my muscles are bigger/fuller but do you think that the above is possible if you were to do a long term bulker for say August-Dec. 31?
 
Yes it is possible. If your "clean" bulking diet caloric count falls below your Total Metabolic Rate, then your body should begin to use your adipose tissue for fuel. I'm just not sure if you will gain as much muscle in that way, as cals usually need to be above your TMR to pack on solid mass.
 
Good point, Nighthawk. I appreciate the feedback....So you recomend that my Calories stay only about 500-1000 above my BMR, or what is your opinion? (just a "ballpark" figure)
