Test Cypionate is completely Solidified

My buddy is on TRT with a company out of Florida and this is what showed up when his script was delivered. Crazy Right? He called the pharmacy and they are sending out a new bottle. They told him that they may have made a mistake with the BA? He thinks if he heats it up it will be okay but told him thats not a smart idea and could be risky.
Anyone ever see this before and or thoughts?

Stick a needle in the top and heat it either in the stove at a low temp for a while or over a gas burner for a few minutes. Works for me when I get crashed cyp

Yes, it crashed...I have had bottles like that and heated them and they were fine...

thats ug lab stuff. have seen it before.... wouldn't use it at all...
