hey guys i was hoping you could help me out?
i am thinking of cycling test cyp at 500 mgs a week with dbol 20 mgs a day and clomid ect...
i wanted to know if the test is a very strong mass builder ive read it is but you guys probably know better?????
also i had back surgery a while ago and my doc is sending me back to work in may, now i am a elecctrician and i do commercial and industrial jobs so the lifting is very demamding and the labor is strenous so i want to put on size and stregnth... i am 29 years old and wiegh 150 pounds and am 5 11.. i feel real good now after surgery but im still very ache and in the morning my muscles hurt so im looking to work out and stregnthen myself... now ive worked out before and cant seem to put on weight and just get ripped and i would never consider gear if i even saw a little bit of mass being put on.. i have a wopping 2 percent body fat and am ripped but i want size and stegnth.. my goal is to be about 1900- 200 pounds no bigger....
i have heard on some posts that people who were in bad accidents and had spine surgery and so on felt that the gear gave them back there life????
you guys dont know what its like to wake up everymorning and feel like you over worked out last night, im real tired of feeling like that ......
before i hurt myself i was in shape and could run the mile in under 5 minutes easy, i played basketball every weekend and never had any problems whats so ever..
i also checked out working out with weights with my doc and he said your healled so go for it he said that the muscle pain i feel is from my problem was not taken care of for some time so its going to take a while for them to heal.....
but he said that he is realeeseing me with no limitations at all so i got the ok...
well anyway please help me out here guys im doing the gear at the beginning of may and joined the gym as well..
this is also my first cycle ever, i mean ive done suppplements test tabs stuff like that that you get at your fittness store..
is the cycle i mentioned one that you would agree with for a beginner??????
does the test and dbol give you a sense of well being???
with a good nutrition plan and the right workout should i see alot of results?????
how many times a week should i work outy???,and how long is a typical workout?????
