Which test is best for permanent muscle gains, Sustenon or Test Cypionate?

well cyp is better imo....it is much easier to keep a constant level in the body. and if you arent gonna run 1000mg/wk of sust then you can do it right...imo.

Sust (or Omna) is good...
I think I will try Cyp as JC21 suggested... that will worth a try...

jc21 is right, Sustanon needs to be used properly to keep levels
appropriate, and if done so, is just as effective as any other Test.
