If a cream made at a pharmacy says it has 100mg of test per ml, or per pump, how much does that translate to in actual, usable, absorbed test? I've read that maybe 10% of the test in gels or creams is actually absorbed if you're lucky, so that gives us only 10mg already. Then if you don't absorb well it's even less. So am I right in thinking that if you apply 100mg of test via a cream every day, you're only getting an actual usable amount of between 50-70mg a week?
