test blood level

I see many posting how much test they are taking but I rarely see any one posting their levels on their blood work. what a good number to look for ? My doc says a good range is 700 to 900 but my current blood work came back at 1568 so maybe I took a little more than he suggested. What a good level to build muscle at ?

yes on HRT test c and this is my point why is how many mg(280 mg)I taking important ? Isn't what your blood level is the key ?
