Test and GI problems?

Just wondering if many of you experience diarrhea/nausea while on test. I woke up this morning and barely made it to the bathroom-been 6 times since. Oh yeah, I'm 2 1/2 weeks into 400 mg test E/week and 40 mg dbol/ed. I'm getting a little freaked out because I'm not able to do anything except sit around and wait for the next stomach attack to occur.
