OK.... hello....
I guess this is my first question, since I was a plat member back in beginning of year. Back then I weighed in at 270 lbs. and had chest muscle issues along with belly. I cannot give you an accurate BF count at this time. But I am big (Laughing at that). I understand the cardio and diet. Back in dec I was guided towards Unleashed, along with post cycle therapy. While I did lose some belly, and hardened up some in bi-ceps and tri's..... I was always tired. I was wondering, since a depression stage in my life kicked my ass a bit but I am back, if I should try something different than this. I am between 5'11" and 6' tall..... My legs are in decent shape.... especially my calves. I know push up flies and such.... but isn't there a something or rather that is on the market to help me a little bit.... being I am trying to lose the fat belly and at same time build muscle. (who isn't). I have read, and read, and read...... everything is contradicting what each other says. I need guidance from someone whom knows...
