Our bone plates are completely sealed at our ages so matter what we do, our bones won't grow in the presence of either test or HGH or anything for the matter. Now, a different story would be having this much testosterone as a child... that would be interesting to see. Yes, testosterone makes all of your bones grow bigger at that age. In the face, this translates to a more developed brow bone and jaw and what not.

What you're seeing change in your face could be that your losing fat and that makes your bones look more defined and, as a result, apparently bigger. Either that or you're a little paranoid.
