ok first off im 29 years old...260lbs,6'1 and i have 20 mls of each i was just wanting some input (advice ) on how should i run this
this is my 2nd cycle....ive been lifting weights for atleast 12 years

my first cycle was just test around 4 months ago .im ready for bigger and better , and i do put in work at the gym

this is what i have came up with after looking around

test 400 mon and thrus 1ml for ten weeks so 2cc a week 1-10 weeks
tri tren 150 eod at 1 ml or a half ml 1-6 weeks

i also i have winny on hand not sure if i should add that to it or not tords the end of the cycle ...

any addvice would be nice !!!

i also have clomid and nova for pct but was told not to use nova , and it dont mix well will the tren

For your second cycle I think u need to take it back a notch. 800mg of test a wk is overkill with 150mg of a tren blend eod on top... sheesh.

Tren isn't typically a 2nd cycle compound due to how harsh it can be. And I wouldn't run it at 150 ur first time regardless of ur experience. U have no idea how u'll react.

What's ur estimated bodyfat %?

what is your body fat? 260 pounds is way too overweight and downright risky to be messing with AAS much less something like tren.

need to get your diet improved. way too much body weight you are carrying. gonna have major problems on cycle with sides.. surprised you were okay running test your first cycle
 
Tren for a second cycle is not a good idea bro esspecially A tri tren ,first tren cycle you'll want to use is tren ace witch is similar to test prop there for having a very short half life that way if you get bad side effects it can exit your system faster. If your looking for leaner gains hence why your using tren I would use anavar instead much safer for second cycle I know you wanna jump inn faster I might say but you got plenty of time to try tren out. If you do tren regardless of what I say and others will chime in here to say the same in that you don't need it yet make sure you buy caber or prami to fight against prolactin sides. As for pct throw your nolva away NOW ! It's garbage and keep the clomid run it at 25/12.5/12.5/12.5 that's a 4 week layout also grab some postcycle&unleashed from need2buildmuscle and some forma from mr.supps run those as directed on the bottle that will be your pct. I forgot one very important thing get yourself HCG or hcgenerate run from week 4 into pct good luck bro save the tren for a later time grab something milder and kill that shit !!! if I've forgotten anything someone else will tell you.
 
Ok my first cycle was test 400 and tren , crazy rite but thats what i was told to run ..........didnt really have any sides besides wanting to fuck like crazy and some acene on my back but other then that is ok
this how i ran it
i did on ml of each
moday and thrus
and i ran cloimd for pct

i just wanted to see if there was a better way to run it and to see if i done it right
i was 250lbs befor i did this and at the end of it i was 280lbs but lost 20 lbs pretty fast but i been doin a;lot of cardio.....

And my workouts last a hour
chest /tri's
back/bi's
legs/shoulders

i do one of them day off then hope on to the next and so on
im plaining on keeping my reps in the 15- 20 range so i will get really cut up this round

Well i dont really keep track of my calories to be honiest,......
But i eat chicken,seafood,and beef and and i usally if i eat chincken for lunch i eat for dinner also. I eat around three times a day and i salad usally befor i go to bed ... I also take beef amino acids when i miss a meal or protein shake
and every moring i take 3 fish oils,2 liver pills,2 mulitivitamins ,and befor i work out i take creatine and a 5 hour enrgey shot
 
Odom, I know you want to do this right and go bigger and better and very importantly make lean keepable gains. Losing 20 lbs post cycle is insane even with crazy cardio. You need to put a solid plan together and that starts with figuring out EXACTLY what you should be eating. I'd propose something to Steve and everyone else and look for criticial feedback. For example you could do something as basic as this...
meal 1 - 5 egg whites, 5 whole eggs, 1/4 salsa, 1 cup oatmeal
meal 2 - 50g protein shake, 1 cup of broccoli, 4 oz chicken breast
meal 3 - 2 cups brown rice, 4 oz tilapia, 2 cups greek nonfat yogurt
and so on.....
 
yeah thats what i thought to about the weight loss , but i kind lost my appetite and wasnt eating right but i will b on point on this one..thats why in here. for the info im just wondering if i should run it the same way or not
 
^^^ i would go to a catabolic diet and just focus on losing weight. you are frankly overweight.. i would peg your body fat at around 30%. if you want to put up a pic i can give you something more accurate.

cut out all carbs/cals immediately, not even gradually. cut out sugars and salts. yeah its gonna be different then the diet you have been on probably in your life. and when i say no sugars i don't just mean cake and ice cream.. i mean dairy, breads, cereals, hell even fruit.. i would also encourage you to check your glucose levels, its very possible you are trending into diabetes territory so you need to get this shit turned around ASAP.

no more red meat either. stick to fish and chicken and lots of veggies especially green veggies. if you think running this cycle is gonna somehow help you lose weight you are sorely mistaken. tren will deplete glycogen levels and you will need to have carbs post workout or you will feel dizzy and get many other side effects so it will not be possible to run this type of diet on tren.
 
What are your actual goals from a cycle? If just want pure size and strength and don't care if its pretty that changes things.

what does living in the south have to do with anything bro? i'm assuming you have access to a supermarket right? then you can buy nutritious food. farmers markets too are good .. living in the south you actually have better access to produce than people up north.

My advice for the next 3 months follow a strict diet and cardio regimen. Lose at least 20+ lbs during that time. If you can manage this then cycle. Run a 12 week cycle.
1-12 test 400, 1/2 cc mon and thurs. 800=too much, 400 is plenty.
1-8 tren 1/2 cc eod.
6-12 winny 50 mg day
1-14 adex 0.5 mg eod or every 3rd
1-14 caber 0.5 mg every 3rd day
6-10 hcgenerate
10-14 hcg 250 ius 2 xs a week
14-18 clomid 25, 12.5, 12.5, 12.5
14-18 unleashed/ post cycle combo
14-18 forma
18-22 bridge

Throughout, liver support, bp support, multis, and any other supps you normally use.

gonna take longer than a month to get into better shape.

steroids do not tone you up, go ahead and run this cycle though and you will figure it out fast.

you are seriously messing with your heart health.. thats bad for you. but also bad for everyone else cause it adds to the myth that steroids kill people.

if you need diet help head over to the diet section.. i would give it 3-6 months to get into better shape.. unfortunately at your age it doesn't get any easier.. gonna take a lot of changes in your lifestyle
 
send me your email im not in that bad of shape that you thinking , ill send you some pics...and i dont eat ice cream and junk food all day ......if thats what you are thinking ....... my chest and arms are tone just have some fat on the mid area

Do as you please, but in my opinion you would make better use of this cycle when your in shape. But your life your choice.
