whats up guys. i've been gone for a while and im back. right now im on a cycle of test 200. I have been off for about 5 months now and have taken 2 shots so far and every shot for about 3 days after my delt that i shoot in is real sore. Some people have told me it's cause i am not getting it in deep enough. is this true? by the way im using 21g 1'' pins. thanks, MJ
I do 2 delt injections a week, sometimes they are sore and sometimesy they are not... You'll find that the more practice you get at making sure the needle goes in straight, and comes out straight the less soar (in general) your injection site will be.. But , that doesn't include if you hit a nerve or not.. If you hit a nerve, it gunna hurt no matter what basically.. Your 1 inch 21 guage are just fine for delts.
