test 100 crystals in bottle

i just cracked a new test 100 prop and it had some crystals in the bottom of the vail what the fuck is going on? ITS MADE BY BROVEL

I had some Spectro do that.
Put it in a pot of boiling water ad swirl it around with some sort of grippers like pliers or something.
