Tell me how juice has helped your progress

Hey,

I have been working out for about 2 years, I am 17 yrs old. Anyways, I don't juice but I don't really find anything against it. I am going to juice whenever I learn more about it.

What I wanted to know is, when you first began juicing, like your first cycle, what did you immediately notice? What about your strength, how much did it go up and also what did your cycle look like. Be specific please,

I worked out on and off for about 4 years before i hit my first cycle. I was 20 years old (this is just last summer) and knew nothing about steroids. My friend had done 2 cycles and wanted to hit another one. He did his research and i basically just put down some cash and followed him. I did 50mg Winny EOD for almost 8 weeks. Got great results and it really got me into the whole body building lifestyle. A year later i know 10 times as much as he does, and im currenlty on my second cycle (Im trying to keep them very light), EQ@400mg,10wks.

Im still a novice, and plan to stay this way. (Im hoping i will do maybe another 2 cycles at most) The only advice i can give you is

1. Do your research
2. Make sure you have worked out for a while before hitting a cycle
3. If you do a cycle, make sure you go all out (diet, training, ect.)
