I was talkin with this guy at the gym today and he mentioned taking b12 and niacin over the eca stacks since it's natural. I was kinda interested in this cuz i was addicted to the eca's and don't want to start that shit again. Anyone got info on how much to take?
not really as a thermogenic,,,,,,,,more like just for energy. ive never heard of this either but he did put it into perspective when he said xenadrine is basically a speedball,,,,,,it does have a lot of garbage in it.
