Teach Me Deca and Test Progesteron

I have been on test and eq cyc in the past, I want to explore with some deca and test combo next after my current cycle (if not this then tren & test prop not sure yet). Please provide some weekly break down on mg's that should be taken for both with the correct meds to prevent prog gyno and for pct.

Test should be the Base with EQ being the main add on

Deca should not be above 200 mgs a week Test should be around 400 or so

if you use more then 200 of Deca you get the probs you want to avoid

HEy Omega...I see most deca in 200ml I was wondering if I did 1/2..basically 100ml per week...would that be enough to see results? thought about running 250 test E with 100 deca...running the test E for 250 for10 weeks..and the deca 100ml for weeks 4-8?...been 14 years since my last cycle so wanted to go with the less is more deal.

Decas at 100 mgs a week WILL certainly help of course.
In low doses its awsome

Run Test a Bit higher ( 300-350 a week)

And Deca 1000

do 8-10 weeks , cut deca out week 8

Most test E that I see is dosed in 250...should I inject 2 times a week...once 250 and next like a half cc and inject like 125 then? Kinda wondering how I will get the 300.

1 CC Test on Mon

.5 CC Deca + .5cc on Thurs.

Omega, that sounds great so I will add 200 mg deca per week with my 4 to 500 mg test. How about the proges sides and pct. I do not know how to deal with deca pct and sides. what will i need on hand.

You only need to Drop the Deca 2 weeks Before your last dose of Test to avoif a botches PCT

eg.
Use 500 mgs of Test weeks 1-9
Use 200 mgs of Deca weeks 1-7

Have Arimidex coming...that be ok? also have Nolva but heard not to mix the 2
