tbol / tyler liver detox / novladex

can someone help me with dosage on the liver detox.. and should i have anything else i'm taking with this.. thanks in advance..

Im doing tbol also. With the tylers im just following what the bottle says 2 pills a day. Im also taking Milk thistle for even more liver protection. For cholesterol im taking red yeast rice and since RYR depleats coq10 from the heart im supplementing coq10 also. I think im immune to nolva so i have clomid and letro on hand also for anti-e's. Ahh i almost forgot.. im talking a bunch of flax oil everyday in hopes of it helping with my HDL.

I would throw in some cranberry extract for the kidneys (Nature's Plus Cranberry 1000 is the best, take 1 ED before bed). And red yeast rice and policosinol are good. For Tyler's I take 1-2 caps 3 times ED between meals.
