Im currently on day 13 of a Tbol cycle doing 60mg work days and 40mg off. I had my first good strength day 3 days ago on a leg,back,bi's day everything was up about 10% and I expected the next day to be the same but it wasnt strength went back to normal. Im trying to figure out what went wrong and can only come up with a couple things...
1. I had sex with the g/f the night before next workout day (I dont know if its myth or not but being abstinant for a week or so seems to effect my weights positively)
2. Im not trying to eat 4000+ calories/d im more like 3000ish (when I tryed throwing in peanut butter to add calories I started feeling sluggish)
Now I dont know if my strength is supposed to jump up and stay or if its common to flux like this my only other cycle was a sust,dbol and strength came very slowly on it and I got more of an endurance kick.
Anybody familiar with just a tbol cycle that can give me some pointers on how to maintain the strength
