After reading that I don't see how this will cause veterans to lose medical coverage. It simply looks like costs are rising. Guess what? Health care costs are rising for EVERYONE! My health insurance just increased in both my premium and in co-pays. The co-pays that the veterans are paying for prescriptions sound like a good deal to me. I'll trade RX plans with them any day!
