Taurine dosage and usage help

So I am on test enth 250 2x week.

This test is A LOT stronger than any UG lab test I have used in the past and am having estrogen related water retention.

This is what I am currently using to combat:
7-10 pumps 2x day Forma-stanazol
1/4-1/2 tab a day of Letro

Now I just grabbed some taurine as I have seen mention that it can assist as well. What dosage shouls I be using?

I am thinking 1000mg (2 caps) 3 times a day? Is that to much?

Also any confirmation on taurine assisting with estrogen related water retention would be great!!

3 to 5 grams a day and drop one of the ai's, no need for both.

In fact, have you looked into n2guard to add to your cycle? Most complete cycle support supplement out there mate.

for taurine 1-1.5gr. 3x's day.

I took 6-10 grams during an oral cycle (beast, super-dmz). Did not get the back pump issues or headaches that many other users complained about.
