How much taurine should i take per a day and should it be broken up if i take my clen post cardio at 10 am?

jghgdl- what is Tirosine AND why would i use super clen for the other half?

Cloimd...i use 4g of taurine..if you still cramp then up it. If you break the dosage of clen up then i would break the taurine up. I take mine all at once.
